Greater Boston Chapter 106

EAA106 is an active chapter of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), with over 170 members in MA, NH, & RI. 50 members built, fly, or are building kit/plans built aircraft. Over 40 members own or rent certified aircraft. Members include pilots, student pilots, & those with aviation dreams. EAA106 is a non-profit organization registered in MA.

EAA106 hosts aviation presentations, hosts a fly-in with a dozen seminars, flies youth (ages 8-17) for free as “Young Eagles”, and hosts B-17 and 1929 Ford Tri-Motor New England tour stops at Lawrence Municipal Airport (LWM). April 18 -- Building a Sonex (homebuilt aircraft).   We'll have food available, so come directly from work.  5:30-6:30pm - Food and a Video (OSHKOSH, The Spirit of Aviation - narrated by Harrison Ford), 7pm - Building a Sonex. Click here for flyer.

May 2 -- Around the World - solo - in a Mooney. CarolAnn Garratt's presentation on her adventure has elicited comments such as "If you ever have another chance to hear her wonderful tale, it is a must." and "An awesome story told by a great guest speaker."
